Monitoring, Evaluation and Project Planning in Humanitarian Work
The aim of this training course is to build the capacity of humanitarian workers and decision makers on monitoring and evaluation, and to improve the effectiveness and quality of humanitarian response. This training will give a comprehensive understating about project management cycle with special focus on role of M&E at every stage of an emergency and recovery programme. This training gives an orientation on the various tools and techniques to design, plan and implement a project successfully. The training will also cover agreed good practice, principles, standards and code of conduct for Monitoring and Evaluation. It will provide an orientation on the different approaches and technical aspects of monitoring and evaluating project implementation and explain key aspects of designing a monitoring and evaluation system for humanitarian interventions.
