RedR India (Registered Engineers of Disaster Relief) is part of RedR International Federation, a humanitarian aid, non-profit organization, which maintains a register of experienced humanitarian professionals who are available to assist governments and external support agencies that work in the humanitarian sector.
The website of the RedR India is created and maintained by RedR India team to disseminate information related to the activities, programmes and knowledge products of RedR. Access to and use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. By using and participating in this site, you signify that you have read the terms and agree to be bound and comply with them. RedR India reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. By continuing to access the site after such modification, you signify your agreement to be bound by them.
If ever in conflict, to the extent of such conflict, the AdSense Terms will take precedence over any other terms of the Agreement. Please read the Agreement carefully.
As used in the Agreement, “you” or “publisher” means the individual or entity using the Services (and/or any individual, entity or successor entity, agency or network acting on your behalf), “we,” “us” or “RedR” means RedR India, and the “parties” means you and RedR.
Access to the Services; AdSense Accounts
Your use of the Services is subject to your creation and our approval of an AdSense account (an “Account”). We have the right to refuse or limit your access to the Services. By submitting an application to use the Services, if you are an individual, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may only have one Account.
By enrolling in AdSense, you permit RedR to serve, as applicable, (i) advertisements and other content (“Ads”), (ii) RedR search boxes and search results, and (iii) related search queries and other links to your websites, mobile applications, media players, mobile content, and/or other properties approved by RedR (each individually a “Property”). In addition, you grant RedR the right to access, index and cache the Properties, or any portion thereof, including by automated means. RedR may refuse to provide the Services to any Property.
Copyright and Use:
All content on this Site including graphics, text, icons, interfaces, audio clips, logos, images and software is the property of RedR India and/or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Permission is given to use the resources of this Site solely for personal, institutional, or demonstration non-commercial use. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on this Site can only be made with the express permission of RedR India. All other trademarks, brands and copyrights other than those belonging to RedR India belong to their respective owners and are their property.
You are free to share, to copy, distribute and transmit the work under the following conditions:

Privacy Statement: RedR India respects the privacy of its users. When you visit the RedR India site, the following information may be collected from you, either voluntarily or involuntarily: your computer or network’s IP address, which must be validated in order for you to access the RedR India web site; your e-mail address and message when you communicate electronically with us; information about your browser and operating system, date and time of access and the internet address and page which linked you to our site. Information about your visit is gathered in an aggregate manner for quality control, improvement of our site, security and to generate aggregate statistical reports that analyze general user information and demographics. Notwithstanding this Section 9, you may accurately disclose the amount of RedR’s gross payments resulting from your use of the Services.
