Training of Trainers

Training of Trainers (ToT), a 4-day module, is widely recognised by humanitarian aid agencies and enables aspiring and practicing trainers to learn/enhance skills, knowledge and practice of training delivery. This training course is designed to prepare trainers to be able to conduct training needs assessments, develop detailed plans for training, develop a training curriculum, conduct training using advanced training techniques, conduct training follow-up and evaluate training courses in this sector. Participants will also develop plans for their own individual training projects to be implemented at the course. They would also be encouraged to team-up with fellow participants and/or trainers to develop, design and deliver training for RedR India.
